Once you have trust your marketing message and efforts work with much greater force but first you need to show the world you are 100% credible in your space.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an important paragraph to get your mouth watering from the research:<\/p>\n<div><em>&#8220;Factors influencing users\u2019 perceptions of the credibility of \u00a0Web pages and earlier forms of social media (e.g., blogs\u00a0and instant messaging) have been well-studied. Some\u00a0influential factors for Web pages\u2019 credibility perception,\u00a0like visual design [21], are not relevant to tweets, while others, like conflating search engine ranking with\u00a0credibility [15], may apply. The relative importance of\u00a0features may vary for this new medium, as well; for\u00a0instance, author credentials [18] may take on heightened\u00a0importance, given the social nature of tweets.&#8221;<\/em><\/div>\n<div>Here are some important ways to increase your trust on Twitter:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure your website looks professional<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your profile is filled out 100% with accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Your logo should render correctly not pixelated and cut off<\/li>\n<li>Keep your business message moving on more than one social platform<\/li>\n<li>Whether you are a company or a business position yourself like a brand<\/li>\n<li>Show a little personality in your tweets<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you are a credible source, credibility is an increasingly important selling point<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all inquires through Twitter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/research.microsoft.com\/pubs\/155374\/tweet_credibility_cscw2012.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3617\" title=\"twitter-study\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brandignity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/twitter-study.jpg\" alt=\"Twitter Study\" width=\"620\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a pretty interesting piece of research that determines trust on Twitter.
